1. Scope
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to all purchases made by customers ("you") from

through our online store specializing in selling second-hand clothing to consumers (B2C).

2. Contracting Party
The contract is concluded with Gate to the Void Inc., a Canadian corporation registered under number 16963803, located at the above address.

3. Offer and Conclusion of Contract
All items displayed on the website are non-binding offers. By placing an order, you make a binding offer to purchase. We will confirm receipt of your order by email. The contract is formed upon our order confirmation or upon delivery of the goods.

4. Prices and Payment
All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping fees, if applicable, will be added at checkout. Accepted payment methods will be provided during the checkout process.

5. Delivery
We deliver to the address specified by you. Estimated delivery times are indicated during ordering but are not guaranteed. In case of unavailability of a product, you will be informed promptly and any payments made will be refunded.

6. Retention of Title
Ownership of goods remains with Gate to the Void Inc. until full payment is received.

7. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to cancel their purchase within 14 calendar days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period begins the day after receipt of the goods. To exercise this right, you must notify Gate to the Void Inc. in writing (e.g., postal mail or email at support@gatetothevoid.com). Returned goods must be sent back promptly and in original condition. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

8. Returns and Exchanges
Since our products are second-hand clothing, each item is carefully inspected and described. Returns or exchanges outside of the statutory withdrawal period are accepted only for defective or misdescribed items.

9. Warranty
Statutory warranty rights apply. For second-hand goods, the warranty period may be limited to 12 months where permitted by applicable law.

10. Limitation of Liability
Gate to the Void Inc.’s liability is limited to cases of intentional or grossly negligent breaches. Liability for minor negligence is limited to foreseeable damages typical for this type of contract.

11. Data Protection
Your personal data is processed according to our Privacy Policy. By placing an order, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your data as described.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and all contracts with Gate to the Void Inc. are governed by Canadian law. For consumers, the place of jurisdiction is the consumer’s residence if legally permitted.
