All standard orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of receipt, excluding weekends and public holidays. Customers will always receive the shipping method they selected during checkout.

Orders placed through our Personal Shopping service are custom and individually sourced according to each customer’s specific requests. As such, the shipping time and method for Personal Shopping orders are arranged individually and communicated directly with the customer prior to purchase.
